Due to climate change that is seriously impacting, the rising waters in New York City have been analyzed and rising water levels are estimated to impact all the lower areas of New York. T.WB.T works with a series of mechanisms to reuse and take advantage of water from outside.

The horizontal fragmentation operation in the building, breaks with the traditional monolith building scheme, generating programmatic blocks of different sizes, different packages of flats gradually rotate and decrease in size from the beginning to the end of the tower. The rotation of the blocks allows differentiated views of the entire city. The vertical fragmentation generates an emergent space between blocks that functions as a lighting space and a public square. At the same time it brings natural light to the depths of the building. On the perimeter of the atrium there is a continuous circulation by stairs, which bifurcate generating slabs with a greater flow of people. These double height slabs locate common programs. While the single height slabs locate programs that tend towards individuality

This spatial transformation brings with it a variety of working conditions and programs. The richness of the spaces compiled with a work activity suggests that the user could work anywhere that suits their current activity
